The Howard Club of Southwest Florida Membership

The membership dues of $50 are due on January 31st for the period of January 1st through December 31st. This amount is not pro-rated.  A separate application and dues are required for every member (active or contributing).

Voluntary Donation to Howard University - In addition to membership dues, members are asked to make a tax-deductible voluntary donation of $50 or more to the University's Gap Fund. These funds will be forwarded directly to Howard University with your name. See the Gap Fund page for more information.

You can complete the application and submit your payment online (below). You can also download the Mailable Membership Form (PDF), complete it, and mail the application and a check payable to the Howard Club of Southwest Florida, Inc. to:

*NOTE - If you are making a GAP Fund donation only, complete the app, enter $0 under dues and proceed to the Gap Fund. Also, if you pay online, there will be a 2.9% processing fee.
